De Brits Korthaar krijgt meestal een nest van normale grootte, gemiddeld zo'n vier kittens met natuurlijk ook wel eens uitschieters naar zes of zeven.. Wij kozen voor shaded silver en silver tabby en zijn na zestien jaar fokken nog altijd heel blij met onze keuze. Dat silvers net even wat ondeugender en drukker zijn dan de effen exemplaren.
